Executive Coaching

Our coaching practice centers mainly around senior executives who are interested in pushing forward and shining brighter, whether through exploring growth opportunities, deeper management and leadership skills, or removing obstacles to their success.

Coaching can be initiated by individuals or organizations in pursuit of greater outcomes and in support of their employees.  Coaching is client driven striving toward clearly defined goals.  Engagement durations vary depending upon the client goals.

Team Coaching

Whether you are a senior management team, an intact team, a project team, or a cross-functional team, there are times we can benefit from a neutral party creating awareness, helping to forge common language and common purpose and working through the challenges that can arise when working closely together and relying upon one another.  Our coaches will work with the whole team, together and individually attain a high functioning team.
